The primary researcher of this study, Doctor Joe Vinson explained the weight lose is a result of the chlorogenic acid content. Chlorogenic acid is found only in raw, unroasted coffee beans. The coffee that we drink each morning lost its chlorogenic acid during the high-temperature roasting process.
