Product Description

The avocado (Persea americana) is a tree native to Central Mexico, classified in the flowering plant family Lauraceae along with cinnamon, camphor and bay laurel. Avocado or alligator pear also refers to the fruit (botanically a large berry that contains a single seed) of the tree.
Avocado Soybean Unsaponifiables, referred as ASU, is a mixture of natural extracts made from avocado oil/powder and soybean oil/powder at ratio 1:2 or made up of one-third avocado unsaponifiable and two-thirds soybean unsaponifiables. ASU is now the most effective treatment for Osteoarthritis.
Avocado Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU) is claimed to slow the progression of Osteoarthritis. ASU blocks pro-inflammatory chemicals, prevents deterioration of synovial cells (which line the joints) and may help regenerate normal connective tissue. 

Function

1.ASU extract restore aggrecan synthesis blocked by the inflammation-causing compound interleukin-1-beta.
2.ASUs also reduce levels of several other inflammatory factors such as MMP-3 production.
