Lauroyl Glutamate Acid is an extremely mild amino-acid surfactant, with outstanding foamability, good biodegradation, no irritation, no-hypersusceptibility. It can reduce irritation and leftover of anionic surfactant such as SLS and fatty acid soap.Product FunctionLauroyl Glutamate Acid is commonly used as the raw material for producing glutamate surfactants, and can also be used directly as anionic surfactant (in the medium and alkaline environment, sodium salt or potassium salt can be used for various washing products).
At present can be mass production process based on glutamic acid with lauroyl chloride as raw material, under the certain PH and mixed solvent polarity acylation reaction, eventually the purity of more than 98% can be obtained the high quality of pure white crystalline solid.
